Privacy Policy

The short version
BlackjackTrack collects no data. Everything you enter stays on your device. We can't see it, and neither can anyone else.
Data collection
BlackjackTrack does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. The app contains:
- No user accounts or sign-in
- No analytics or telemetry
- No advertising or third-party SDKs
- No network connections to our servers (we don't operate any)
Where your data lives
All session records, trip records, casino names, and settings are stored in a local database inside the app's private container on your device. If your device is backed up (iCloud Backup or a computer backup), the app's data is included in that backup under the terms of Apple's backup services — that process is controlled by you and Apple, not by us.
Exports
The app can export your data to CSV files at your request. Where those files go — email, cloud storage, printing — is entirely under your control through the iOS share sheet. We never receive a copy.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes all of its data from your device. There is nothing to delete on any server, because nothing ever leaves your device.
Children
BlackjackTrack is intended for users of legal gambling age and is rated accordingly on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children — the app collects no information at all.
This website
The same standard applies here. This site is static pages served from GitHub Pages: no analytics, no tracking scripts, no cookies, no third-party requests. We don't know you visited, and we've built nothing that could tell us. (GitHub, as the hosting provider, handles requests under its own privacy statement, as with any web host.)
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
